Yes, I think it’s best to install the ‘bass’ quickstart demo site and then customise afterwards.

Oui, je crois qu’il est le meilleur pour installer le paquet ‘basé’ d’abord et ensuite personnaliser.

I will try find the time to make the translation at the weekend!

I sent an email. I will try to finish it today for the installation that leads to a Joomla 1.5.5-Teline II v1.4.

It was good it was delayed because the process for dealing with the resulting “bug” when using the Joomla 1.5.5 was fixed. In another thread, we thought it was a Joomla 1.5.5 problem, but as it turned out, in this thread:

the problem is in the JA News error. If you do not want to read through the long thread, just go near the end, the fix (solution) provided by omarram:

omarram’s fix works, a true fix not the work-around suggested earlier in the thread.

Note that the error encountered here was not observed in the previous Joomla 1.5.x-Teline II versions because the earliest version of the Teline II that I used did not have this error in Teline II v1.4. For some unknown process, Joomlart introduced the error in the latest Teline II v1.4 version, but this could be a “transmission fidelity” error that was introduced when creating the master template provided for download..
