    Hi everyone,

I tried How To Perform A QUICKSTART Installation – A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE on my local PC and it worked fine with Community Plus. But when i tried same technique to install on my webhost it could not.

after hours of work i have this error when i try to browse my site.

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

Can anyone help me please? is there any step by step guide for installing on webhost?

    Your help is highly appreciated.

Please make sure you have entered valid value for database access ?
I have bit worries you have entered invalid value. Please check it w/ your hosting provider.
    Thank you,

Thanks jooservices for all your effort to solve this problem. Support staff from the host said i have to add prefix to database and user and it worked fine. Thanks a lot for your replies.
