November 21, 2009 at 4:19 am #324484Do you have your server setup so that index.php has to be typed in the url?
Is Joomla SEF enabled?
Did you do a fresh install of Teline III on the server that your site doesn’t work on?Samir Mastaliyev FriendSamir Mastaliyev

November 21, 2009 at 4:59 pm #324546SEF changes your url’s to search engine friendly url’s. If you haven’t enabled it, don’t worry about it. It’s disabled by default. Sometimes enabling it can break the site
I see that both sites are on the same server, so it has to be something in your configuration. Open a ticket with support, they are probably going to ask you to provide access to you admin section

November 21, 2009 at 10:47 pm #324567Hi there!
I have a site that has teline ii and regular traffic. I want to install teline iii template.can you tell me what files to install to just get the template? I am afraid if I do the the quick install and install the joomla, it will wipe away my old content.
November 22, 2009 at 2:44 am #324584Switching from one template to another is always pain in the ass. Though, in the package you have the extensions you need. Recently I switched templates and had to – rearrange the frontpage – Ja News2 and Ja News FP, change my tabs module with Ja Tabs (which is quite easy to deal with) and personally I liked the megamenu module. Also, I included usersetting plugin, which I liked. Everything else I didn’t need. It’s not that hard to configure those things. If you already comment component, I’d suggest you keep it and save yourself some troubles, else you have one included in the package too.
November 22, 2009 at 8:25 pm #324615Thanks Korben. I am new to this and I have some very basic questions. I downloaded the teline iii extra and it comes with joomla 1.5.15
I already have my site running on 1.5.14 If install this package, will it wipe away all m y content? How do I get just the teline iii template the needed components?November 22, 2009 at 8:31 pm #324616If you want to upgrade to Joomla 1.5.15, download the update from here – http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/frs/?action=FrsReleaseBrowse&frs_package_id=4947
In the Teline III package you have a directory – Extensions, where all the modules and plugins the quickstart uses are placed. -
