After install JA Community Plus template I get only a blanc page in front and backend?

What are the installation requireries?

What about if we use a quickstart? Ideally the problem should appear. I get blank screen after installation from quickstart.

Does it go fine for other quickstart installation of latest templates for you?

Also, Please let us know for your environment and php version

PHP is 5.4

Rest all quickstart templates installation go fine on same.

If you are installing it on web server, Will it be possible for you to please pm me cpanel details along with path where you wish to have it installed so as to give in try 🙂

I noticed that I did something. My provider alows me to work with PHP 5.4 and 5.5 I deeded to make a .htacces file to make it work. I hadn’t done that correct.

Now it is working just fine.

I seem to have the same trouble when installing ja-teline-iii-v2 – have uploaded quickstart with ftp and now have a blank screen when try to start it my browser. Is there any chance you could help?

Go to EXTENSIONS > MODULE MANAGER > TWITTER
Disable this module. That should back your page.

We have been working through an issue with that module.
Use the JA Extensions Manager in your Administrator component list to update this module once the fix has been made.

There is no PHP 5.4 or 5.5, the latest release of PHP is 5.3.3. Please re-check the version you are using again.
