Hi

I bought Installation Service for demo installation of JA- fixel , when can I expect that it is clear so I can work on it ?

Hello Currently i can see that Quickstart package of JA Fixel is not not successfully installed on your site .
JA Head Office is closed On Weekends . Please wait for it , as JA Team install your site they will inform you .

Hi KAGA,

As panka already clarified, our office is closed during weekends therefore we couldn’t work on your installation earlier. We’re back now so the installation should be done today.
