I created a site with Kyanite and it works fine except I want to see the site with the JA Community template, so I uploaded and installed, but it won’t work, I get this error
The plugin JAT3 framework must be installed and enabled.
Wasn’t that installed and enable with Kyanite??
tpcnevada.com tama0690 girlypaint4U for backend and ftp
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The Kyanite template doesn’t have the JaT3 Plugin installed, if you want Ja Community Plus template you need to install and enable the plugin.

February 9, 2012 at 8:13 pm #437747I installed and enabled the plugin, (I think it worked) but I still can’t get to the site.
Can you take a look at it for me and let me know what I need to do. I’ve been working on this for days and had trouble logging in using Firefox, so now I’m way behind.
I even tried rolling back the entire site to a week ago and it didn’t work.
Thanks

Hi
It clean the cache content generated by the JAT3 plugin .
If you check in your template manager in the T3 Framework settings you will see that when you set enable development mode on NO it gives you the chance to set the Cache Mode on Disabled or Enabled, if you enable this feature it creates cache files to make your site faster . when you click on the JAT3 Clean Cache button at the top of page it deletes that cache.
