I have had it up to here with this plugin, i tried and tried and cant get it to work. This plugin stopped working last year. I updated the plugin to the latest version and after i installed it now clicking on the plugin i get a blank white page. what’s really going on with this plugin. Im frustrated and losing money and sponsors to my website since i lost half of the functionality of my site. Im frustrated and furious.

Hi,

We have checked JA Social Plugin on your site and see this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6364921 bytes) in /home1/wenewsi1/public_html/evybez.com/libraries/joomla/html/html/select.php on line 122

This is due to php variable data being stored in the memory that is not cleared while the php scripts are running.

You can try this solution http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/php-troubleshooting/allowed-memory-size-exausted or ask the host provider to change the Memory size

Hi,

We have fixed problem on your site. It was caused by the Loading Author in each Profile, it loaded all of User on your site, since your site had high number of users this made the loading to plugin page too slow.

We resolved this by reducing the number of users in each time loading.
