Hi,
I used to work with your template and I loved it! Now I trying to install it on my other website and it just won’t work… Last 2 days I have been trying every possible thing and all I get is a blank page after the istallation or if it acctually installs it just doesn’t work… and I get an error message server 500 problem…
What might be the issue or what to do cause I really want this template cause when it works I love it!
Thank you in advance!
Glenn

Sorry, i could not access your site. It says your domain does not exist.
If you could access to back end, please go to global configuration and enable Error Reporting mode to Development to get the exact error message.

April 23, 2013 at 2:09 pm #490836Hi,
Thanks for your reply
the url is: pottery4you.com at the moment I have another template installed. untill I can get T3 again.
The issue seems to be a T3 package in my plugins. I can’t uninstall it. it says manifest file missing. I downloaded a more recent t3 plugin to overwrite it… No result.
At the template manager. in the section styles, I can’t find it! Although I can find it in templates, but for some reason it keeps saying I need to install the plugin. wich I did.
If I disable the plugin I get this error:
Notice: Constant T3_TEMPLATE already defined in /customers/e/2/6/pottery4you.com/httpd.www/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/define.php on line 20 Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class T3Path in /customers/e/2/6/pottery4you.com/httpd.www/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/path.php on line 22
Thank you!
April 23, 2013 at 9:15 pm #490858Ok, fixed it!
I had to delete everything in my database cause the t3 framework gave an error. reinstalled everything and now it works just fin!
Thank you for the assistance!!

July 10, 2013 at 11:16 am #498543Hey,
actually I also had this problem. I found the solution:
There exist 2 versions of the T3 plugin that can be installed next to each other (by accident). The one is called ‘t3’ and the other one ‘jat3’ (in element column). If both are installed and enabled, the site goes white and/or throws an error.
For my template I just disabled ‘jat3’ as it wasn’t needed (for other (older?) templates though, the other one is needed).
Don’t know how to solve this if you want to combine 2 templates that require a different T3 version…

I’m afraid that you can not have these 2 version of T3 enabled at the same time, it will cause the conflict. If you use template going along with new T3, you must disable JAT3 framework and vice versa.
