Hi Guys,

I have a website http://www.vivaasiamgazine.com I want to rebuild it using the new JA Teline IV template. I went into my godaddy hosting account and created a subdomain http://www.newsite.vivaasiamagazine.com which also created a folder called newsite.

My idea is to get it right before replacing the old site.

I went to my FTP and uploaded the Teline IV quickstart program into the folder newsite.

Is this the right thing to do? As now I don’t recall what to do next and how to create an administrator panel for the http://www.newsite.vivaasiamagazine.com subdomain.

I think I have forgotten something simple. Can someone point me in the right direction.

Hi,
may be you should install JA-Teline iv quickstart for checking.
But, i think to upgrade your system with teline iv template, you can do some steps as my sugesstion.
#1. Clone your old site to a new site, new folder
#.2. Download and install the latest version of all the extensions released / required by Telien IV and configure them as per the userguides or recommended backend settings on cloned site
