Hello folks

Great component, really useful. But, I was wondering if there is anyway of uploading files straight to an amazon bucket, when uploading images to server through the ‘Insert/Edit image’ tool in the article editor.

Hello,

JA Amazon S3 component does not provide a feature to direct upload from Joomla editor to S3 bucket. You need upload images to your server normally, and upload files from your server to S3 bucket then, but this step can be done automatically with cron job.

Ok, I understand.

Thank you, and just wanted to say that, that would be a nice feature to the component… maybe even a must.
