February 15, 2017 at 1:56 pm #1010953Hi,
I am trying to integrate JA Builder with JA Resume template.
I was following instruction from this link: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-builder#integration (Integration to Framework templates)I have added CSS code:
.com_jabuilder .t3-mainbody { width: 100%; padding-top: 0; padding-bottom: 0; } .com_jabuilder .t3-content { padding: 0; }
And added couple of blocks, but non of them shows up!? Page is empty.
I am not sure what is the issue, here is a link where of this page:

February 16, 2017 at 2:41 am #1011131Hi,
Could you details what you’re trying to display on this page? As I checked, the ‘Test’ menu item on your site has ‘Single Article’ menu item and it’s using JA Resume template style which doesn’t include the component – main content block so it’s showing blank page now.
Regards

February 16, 2017 at 10:12 am #1011241Hi,
I am trying to display JA Builder blocks/modules into JA Resume template and to keep header and footer of JA Resume template.
On test page that you are referring if I switch to JA Builder template I am losing header and footer of JA Resume template.
How I can display JA Builder template blocks/modules/features into JA Resume template in content part and to keep header/menu and footer of JA Resume template?
Per following instruction: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-builder#integration
Steps are following:
From your site back-end, go to: Components >> JA Builder and hit the button "New" to create new JA Builder page.
When I do that I end up with page like this: http://www.1.test-imc.info/component/jabuilder/test or this one: http://www.1.test-imc.info/component/jabuilder/test3
Empty content but header is from JA Resume template shows up.

Please let me know if I need to provide any other details/information.

February 17, 2017 at 7:09 am #1011567Hi,
It due to the layout you’re using in the default template style on your site: ja_resume – Default which is suing ‘photography-features-intro’ layout – this layout doesn’t include component block so it shows nothing there.
I made a sample by duplicating this template style to have a new one: ja_resume – Default (2) > change the layout to ‘default’ layout via Layout tab and assign to a new menu item I created called Test Integration and it’s showing fine now.
Kindly check and let me know if there is anything that doesn’t make sense.
Regards

February 22, 2017 at 11:58 am #1012864This is GREAT, THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Now when I am login from font end I can not click on "EDIT PAGE" button, it is behind a menu!? How I can put it up front? see screenshot link https://www.screencast.com/t/WMEFpxlByAC or attached screenshot.
Maybe this can be fixed with z-index!? But I am not sure where to add that, maybe on custom.css or some other way how to fix this it is helpful.
Thank you for your time and support regarding to this matter.

February 23, 2017 at 4:50 am #1013003May I know in which page you don’t see this Edit button? as I try to navigate some pages and it always shows there.
To add custom css, you can add your own custom css code via: Settings > Custom Styles

February 23, 2017 at 7:59 pm #1013198Hi,
It is the same page that you help me out with, here is an link: http://www.1.test-imc.info/test-integration
You will be able to see "Edit button" but you are not able to click to it. It looks like it is behind Ja Resume layer/header/navigation bar.You can login http://www.1.test-imc.info/login with the same username and pw and then go to that page: http://www.1.test-imc.info/test-integration you will be able to see edit button but it is not clickable.
Screenshot of it: https://www.screencast.com/t/W8YMAbna
this is also a good screenshot that explain this issue better: https://www.screencast.com/t/7DCf6ovlE
("edit button" is not clickable in top left corner).Once again thank you so much for your time and support regarding this matter.

February 24, 2017 at 4:09 am #1013254You’re right. This seems to happen when integrating with other template. I reported to the team for updating.
I’ve just added the z-index value to the custom style, you can take a look now.
