Hi Jurgeng,

Updating extensions should not be a problem with watchful.li but I am afraid auto updating templates would not be practical as almost everyone customize the templates to suit their requirements and that customization may be lost when doing the auto update.

We are ready to work with watchful.li to get our extensions listed on their site. Let me ping them to check on the process.

first off: thanks for the feedback. Looking forward to find your extensions in the list…

As for the templates: isn’t most of the customization done though template overrides? I thought that these weren’t overwritten by the updating system. Anyways, it would be a great advantage knowing it would be possible to have templates updated too.

I mean, you have such a great updating system with roll-back. And usually things don’t break when updating a template using JA updater.
