    Hello,

When I want to change the templates of jaview.php or default.php ( jajobalerts) I get an internal server error. It happens when I click on save, save&close or cancel. Can you tell me what to do because I can’t change the files now.

    Thank you

    Hi There,

Sorry for the late response. That is 500 internal server error, so you must check the code you changed again.

Sorry I do not understand. With some files it is not working and gives me an 500 error, with some files it is working correctly and there is no error. So what do I have to do?

Please check the permission of that file and make sure that it is 644.

There might be a rule in the htaccess file and this issue reates to the files / folder which are limited the permissions.

The file must be 644 and the folder must be 755. You should check the log file to get more details about this problem.

    Hi,

I checked the permissions, it is OK. Folder 755 and file 644. The strange thing is that other files (like jasearchform.php / jauploadfile.php) or working fine but the javiw not, while they are all stored in the same folder.

    Any other ideas.

    Dear Tim,

First of all, please restore that file to default because i don’t know what you have changed in that file to detect the root of the 500 error.

Once done, if the issue still persists, pls pm me your site info with super admin info, ftp, cpanel account then i can take a closer check.

    Regards

It is not working, are you sure you are looking at the righ spot. What happens is that when I am going to design & customization, I click on jaview.php to be edit, I click save, cancel or close & save again. It tells me that there is an internal server error. This happens with a view of the files but not all of the.
