Site is built with JA Fubix 2.5 template, upgraded from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.3. Presently getting a 500 Internal server error when I browse to site, K2 module is also not working.

I will appreciate any suggestions.

upgrading from Joomla 2.5.x to 3.3.x is complete different process ,many many time produces some errors .
As you mentioned you are facing internal server error .
Most of the time this error comes because of some error in .htaccess file , or due to your server php configuration .
I requested you to contact to your hosting support and tell them about internal server error .
Also check the php version of your server . It should be PHP 5.3.10 or later .

Thanks Mr. P! I checked with hosting support and they said component /k2 is missing in the plugins directory and needs to be restored.
Will see how it goes.
