    Hello,

    I use JA Social quick start package with Agora forum. at first, because of I don’t need Agora forum, I disabled it. after about three months, I create menu to Agora forum to enable it. but I can’t access to forum on frontend and I get “500 Internal Server Error” :((. I aatached a screenshot of this error.

    How can I solve this?

    Thanks for response,

    I’ve downloaded “Memory Limit” plugin and set “Maximum Memory Limit” to 64 but not solved :((

    Could this problem from my hosting server?

    Try set memory_session limit to 128m to see if it helps

    If still issue persists, It would be suggested to please get it touch with hosting people as they are the best to find out this type of flaw 🙂

    again does not any impact. :((

    I’ve contacted with my hosting and they say that this problem is not from server.

    any idea? :confused:

    Seems that this issue is usually due to hosting flaws. Other way, Does it appear fine with default joomla template ?

    Even I deleted Agora component and installed again but nothing has been changed. :((

    As this issue also persists with Default joomla template. It tends to be relative to hosting or component handling with server. You can also post for this in joomla.org forum

    Hello,

    I’ve just founded! This problem accrue only if I select the “JA Social” style in Agora forum. Agora is loaded without any problem with defualt style. so how can I fix it?

    We need to know more details about the error. Ask your host for the logs pertaining to this error. When you see the “Internal Server Error” the server will create a log stating exactly where this error is from and why it is generated. We would need to knwo what this is to be able to help

    i also get this error when i enable sef on joomla.any idea?

    Your problem is a different one but the same applies. An internal server is just that, something is going on that is causing your server to error. In your case the problem withh sef would probably happen with any Joomla install I am guessing? Check your .htaccess file is correct and if so you will need to speak to your host to get to the bottom of the error.

    it only happen when i use agora ja social temp,i am hosting in my own vps so i dont think if its security issues.

    I’ve not mentioned security issues at all. It is just that to diagnose such a problem the logs are needed. Without those logs it is impossible to see whrer the error is generated and why. There are just too many files in the agora template part to work out what is going on without the actual error message from the logs.
