    Hi,

I’ve designed my site and everything works great in Internet Explorer 7 however ive noticed that when I use Internet Explorer 6 to check the site the module left does not sit in its correct position – instead it goes to the bottom of the body section.

Could anyone help me please? – The link is http://www.regencyentertainment.co.uk/index.php

    Kind Regards

    Jamie

I am working from home and there is no IE 6.0 browser here to test for you. However, someone will check it out for you shortly. It is Saturday and hope you can wait 🙂
I ll send an email asking Bill to put the IE 6.0 back to Vista 😀

Yes, we have the same problem with Villaladi Template 😡 http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/alignment-problem-in-ie/

The solution is unpublish the “module problem” or move it another place in homepage 🙁

In my case is the login module and i don´t want apply this “solution”

    Temporal Solution!!

The module problem in my site is the Login form. I install Joomlashack Flexible Login Module http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1444/Itemid,35/

This “Flexible” replace the Login Form, but I don´t change position or size of my module, its look identical

Now, with Internet Explorer 6 the left panel is ok.

    Buuuuuuuuuut >:(
In narrow screen (Villadi template) the problem is present then I set default screen to “wide”
“To choose which screen’s width you want to use, go to the 24th line of the “ja_villadi/index.php” file and change the value of $ja_width_default to ‘wide’ (1024×768), ‘narrow’ (800×600)”

And other problem… with JA Collapsed Modules, the Flexible Login Module don´t work :((

    Temp Solution 😮

    My english is poor (sorry)
