I see my website ok on firefox but with internet explorer the right column is below its position.

Hi
I viewed your site by IE 6, IE7 and everything is okie, but you can try to edit template.css (line 521)

#ja-mainbody {
float:left;
width:75%;
}
Change to

#ja-mainbody {
float:left;
overflow:hidden;
width:75%;
}
