Hello, I would appreciate help please.

with Firefox, Chrome or Opera you can see all the pictures well. If you view using Internet Explorer you see no pictures at all.

I do not understand why this is and would be very grateful for some advice re what I can do as many of the site visitors use Internet Explorer.

Hello,
I can remark a few issues on your page:

* Images are extremely heavy: 300-700Kb.
For screen display max. 50-100Kb is usually enough for good quality.

* You have strange code in your articles; a lot of empty div’s like <div> </div>, some lines with a lot of <div>          …..</div>.
This is no good method for positioning. But maybe IE stubles over the fact that all these div’s are contained within paragraph-tags <p></p>.

Thank you very much indeed for your reply, Micrantha I will take a look at that. I don’t know where the code comes from I use paste from Word when uploading the articles. Anyway I will try to get rid of it and see what happens. Best wishes.

Hello again, I have now checked the photos (I had just copied them without investigation when the author gave them to me) not only were they too big, as you kindly advised, but also they were in a colour format which Photoshop Elements did not recognise so I have made them a lot smaller and converted them and now all is well. OK, very good..

On this forum there are more posts about IE-problems.
Most often problems arise from pasting directly from Word. You best can paste as plain text.
