Hi
I can see the links are not showing in the IE and that result in the modal link to full width in IE.
In this case i have to check the component with default Joomla template like Beez3/Protostar to check it.
Kindly share the site super user details in private reply.

I added below code in custom.css file

.luxorticket_table a.modal {
    display: inline;
    position: static;
    overflow: visible;
}

Please check the site now.
