Modify the Teline IV template, because I want a new module position above the topbar/header.

So I deactivate the block topbar and integrate it in the header (like in Teline III). Everything looks fine in Firefox and Chrome, but in the Internet Explorer (Vers. 6-8) the Logo position is wrong and the area above isn´t formatted.

Ok Solve this. Is a Cache-Problem. Must clear cache, although cache function is deactivate.
