Hi, I’m trying to put in work the template Magz II, but when I insert a image on the intro image section, the template presented in blank in the home section.

Other thing is that when I try to make the module Social Head, the element if theres no text in there, the code disapears after i close the source code section.

Hi,

I spent a lot of time to debug the problem on your site but it’s very hard to know how to find the problem on your site.

What did you change on your site?

If you do not change CSS style, code from JA Magz II template, you can do with steps below

• Make a backup version on your site.
• Upgrade JA Magz II template, T3 framework with the latest version.

If you still face the problem on your site, you can clone this site to temporary site and send me the credentials info of temporary site: FTP account, URL and admin login via Set as private reply

I will help you to debug this bug.

I am so sorry about the latest response for you. Because I have been spent a lot of my time to find the problem on your site.

The problem on your site is from Plugin JA Content Type and it was missing on your site and you have to download and install it from here

You can find the solution with both your requests above

1) The problem on your site regards to wysiwyg html editor remove html code that’s why you could not see the code show on your site but you can use this way

Go to Admin site -> Global Configuration -> under Site tabs-> set Default Editor: Editor - None

and you can add the code above into Head Social module

2) I could not see the social module to work from our default template, I checked on your site and it come from Content – Social Share Buttons plugin on your site.
