Could u edit your first post and submit your site super user details for JA Mods/Staff .
Also let me know if customized the template and that you are getting this error .
Note : Template is not ready for latest Joomla at this time . Do not update your Joomla till all extensions and templates not ready .

It’s a new website, so I used the newest Joomla. The template hasn’t been changed, only the colours with ‘Theme-Magic’.

The super user details you submitted not working . Kindly check .
Also template is not ready for latest Joomla , this can be a reason of issue . If you started this site fresh new i suggest you to kindly check it with compatible Joomla version 3.4.6 and see how it goes .

Thanks for correcting the super user details . I fixed the problem directly on your site .
I found the content type plugin is missing on your site , I just downloaded it and installed .
