HI..
Introduction text is not showing up in home menu. The image is working fine but the text is not visible. I have tried by transferring other introduction module from different ‘sample sites’ but still same result..image show up but no text..!!

Problem 1: Web address in contact module
When I click the web address, the page navigates to another page where we see the warning.

Problem 2. Send me a message module
I want to get rid of contact us (its redundant), but even after deleting in module and cache clearance, it still remains there.

I am not allowed to create new thread. Am I missing something. I have never had such bad experience with any other joomla service provider.
Other joomla service providers have supported innumerable number of questions and doubts whenever I had regarding their products.Personally I am not too happy with your service..!!
