Can u check it again?
I clicked on Database Fix tab in Joomla extension > manage > database http://prntscr.com/fn3dni
and try to save a menu http://prntscr.com/fn3dyw
Its saving fine.

You have to add the hostname in Global config here http://prntscr.com/fn43ie
That you added during installation of site.
