October 14, 2009 at 6:18 pm #320504Dear poppynap,
1. ioncube setup is basically server side setup.
2. If you are facing problems, may be you can pass on the ftp access and your Joomla admin access. I shall get it done for you, provided your host supports php.ini overrides. Please PM me the login details. I shall do it in the next 12 hours. as i am off to sleep now. Or else you can raise a support ticket for guidance.

October 15, 2009 at 3:35 am #320539Dear poppynap,
I understand your worries about sharing your site access. Here is what you can do.
1. http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php
2. http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php3. Raise a support ticket, requesting help in installing ioncube loader. But you will have to provide site access.
4. Add me to Skype (skype nick is in my profile), i shall guide you step by step. But make it within half an hour, before i leave for work.Arvind
