I have disabled ALL the layouts in the ja_telive_iv template (in the joomla backend)..
When I try to access the website on my ipad, it’s not calling the default layout at all. It’s a completely different layout.
Why is this happening and how can I change it?

What did you disable layout on ja_telive_iv template(in the joomla backend)? Please more detail about that.
I disabled ALL layouts for testing purpose and could see that other device shows only default layout, look my attached file
