November 5, 2012 at 1:58 pm #181957Hey Guys.
I was in a rush and set the Iphone and Mobile Layout profiles to ‘disabled’ instead of default. Now the drop down boxes are greyed out and I am unable to change them. I am unable to click on the boxes at all. I am logged in with admin privileges.
Can anyone offer any advise ?
Thanks in advance
Jason

November 7, 2012 at 1:27 pm #472165Hi HeR0
Thanks for the reply. Can you please elaborate on how to fix this issue in the params.ini file. I have compared the params file to the clean version supplied with the template and they are the same ?

November 8, 2012 at 2:33 am #472225Hi Hilly,
If that file is same. Pls compare ja_mixmazetcprofilesdefault.ini file if you using default profile in template setting. Hope this can help you resolved your issue.

November 16, 2012 at 7:16 am #473099Thanks Hero. Although the boxes are still greyed out I was able to enable them though the default.ini file.
I wonder if you can help me with another small question. When viewing the template on a mobile device there is an odd image that looks to be fill ja-header. It is grey and has a box where a search block would go. I can’t find the css producing this image. I have used a few mobile emulators so I could use firebug but they don’t produce the same result. It is only on my iphone that the strange grey image is present.
Thanks for your help.

November 16, 2012 at 9:21 am #473120Hi Hilly,
Do you use JA Mixmaz latest version?
If it is the latest version, it is the responsive design and you do not need use iphone or handled layout .
If not, pls try in templates/ja_mixmaz/css/iphone and templates/ja_mixmaz/css/handled folder.
Regards,
