You can use my solution to fix the problem on your site

• Open templates/ja_healthcare/css/custom.css file

  @media  (max-width: 767px) {
  .t3-spotlight.t3-spotlight-1.equal-height.equal-height-child.row {
      padding-top: 100px;
  }
  .acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .item .img-bg {
      height: 100%;
      width: 100%;
  }
  }
