This way will help you remove it

Open templates/ja_kranos/css/iphone/template.css file
from


h1.logo a {
background: url("../../images/logo-iphone.png") no-repeat center center;
width: 141px;
height: 55px;
}

Change to


h1.logo a {
background: none;
width: 141px;
height: 55px;
}
