You need to change the module position size from the spotlight block . Module 90
At present it using col-xs-6 size in small view so it looks half >>>> http://prntscr.com/b5cn3y
Go to template options > Layout > Responsive layout > Extra Small
Increase the module position size to col-xs-12 . This doc will help u to change the module position size from Joomla admin panel .

Yes, thanks you! I was very confused in how can I extend to 12 positions…until I found a way to drag layouts in layout positions.
