Is it possible to add a black bar above the white bar (where the logo and menu are) ?

I basically want in to look exactly (or somewhat) like the black bar at the top on this site : https://www.canadadrives.ca/

You’re likely going to need to add a new position there – so you can then add your content
(like the example site)
