I’ll be keeping an eye on whether or not there is an answer.

FYI I have sent in a support ticket a day or so ago to JA asking the same thing (also asked why every time I use an apostrophe in JA Slideshow text, I get a backslash right before it when I view it in the browser) and I will update this thread if I get an answer.

Yes, it is possible. I did it by putting the URL for the links in the ‘Description’ parameter of the module:

As you can see from the code above, I have three x images in the slideshow sl-1, 2 and 3 and for each I have assigned the heading and URL for the link.
