You can try the before after classes to add an image .
For example :
The demo site Spotlight items
i try to add icon at the end of title > http://prntscr.com/bv6mlo

Copy the style code of title and use after classes in custom.css
Use this code

.magazine-item .article-title :after { content: "\f073"; font-family: FontAwesome; padding-right: 0.5em; }

You can add image path in the content code above to show it .
This way you can do this .

Because you see two icons ? See attachments
Not all items have the video, this should display the items you have video in the article.

Where can I find a code or script that allows me to verify inside the article there is a video then displays the icon.

Which is the php file (homepage only) to be changed to make the override code?

Hi
These are the PHP files , you can find the file in /acm/news-featured/tmpl/style-1.php
all the acm files are used in template , if you know how to customize you can do this in each acm files .
The file type for video article is defined in
/templates/ja_teline_v/html/layouts/joomla/content/item
