I would like to know if there is a possibility to change the video position on front page to an image. And how to do it.

I would appreciate any tips and suggestions.

Hi The video module of the homepgae , there is two column , but its one module position here > http://prntscr.com/9cecgq In this module options you can see here > http://prntscr.com/9cecm2 If you would like to customize the module you need to edit this file > templatesja_events_iiacmvideotmplstyle-1.php
For module positions , i suggest you to check the template options > Layout Tab . You can see all module positions here by selecting different layouts .
