I am running the home demo template and on the home page I am looking for something like the spa demo page here : http://uber.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/beauty-spa
So scroll down to the our blog segment – I found that this is documented but will it work for my template ?
I am also not sure what a sample article would be.It says
- Our Blog – Articles Category Module
So do I just create 1 module ? and have 3 joomla articles in this category..where are the images ? I can see documentation for the module but not for how to display the column data…
I also dont have the spa-home position but I think I can choose a similar position in my demo home template for that.
Thanks

December 7, 2016 at 10:01 am #992876Hi,
It’s very hard to suggest the solution for you the steps to config as your expectation but you can use this way
-
Install the new Uber site with sample data
-
Install Sample package for Uber Spa from JoomlArt Installer tab: http://prntscr.com/dgdrma
-
Compare all the modules and configures on Uber Spa
- Make the same that to your site
Regards
December 7, 2016 at 12:00 pm #992900As a member of staff I thought you might check that and add it to the docs. I have already installed the sample data for home-demo and so I cannot now do this again.
I would have thought in 5 minutes you would have been able to access the uber demo for spa and just tell me some clues.
I am sorry if this sounds ungrateful but your answer didn’t really help.
December 7, 2016 at 12:24 pm #992909Can anyone at least tell me how to get modules in a responsive way in the template. So I know bootstrap code and can do this in an article but is there a document telling me how to add a custom template position or is there a layout in the JArt advanced module that allows modules to exist ?
I tried to add {loadposition mymodulepositionname} but this is not rendered as a module it shows literally,Thanks

December 7, 2016 at 2:05 pm #992967Hi,
If possible, you can give me the admin login backend of your site (via private reply) and a screenshot of the module of Uber Spa theme do you want to make it on your site. I will help you to config it directly on your site
Regards
December 7, 2016 at 3:45 pm #992980I am sorry this is not possible.
Is there any documentation to make modules be able to appear in the template in responsive cols ? Like adding positions to a /local folder – then I can make 3 responsive bootstrap columns.

December 8, 2016 at 10:55 am #993181Hi
thank you.
I am looking for 3 cols that would stack in mobile like normal bootstrap cols. I just need a single row.
I want to add joomla modules in these 3 positions on the home page. A most popular posts , and maybe 2 custom html positions.
I dont seem to have any column options using uber on the home page.
I am happy to code in /local path to overide updates.Ninja Lead ModeratorNinja Lead

December 9, 2016 at 1:08 pm #993408I simply want to add a new position to my home page layout.
If you see this video here it has the ability to add and remove cols from the backend. Each column is a joomla position where a module can go.https://www.joomlart.com/video-tutorials/t3-framework/layout-configuration
December 9, 2016 at 1:18 pm #993411`<div class="t3-wrapper">
<?php $this->loadBlock(‘topbar’) ?><?php $this->loadBlock(‘header’) ?>
<?php $this->loadBlock(‘home-demo’) ?>`
Somewhere here I need to add positions – I am finding this in tpls/home-demo.php
Do I need to save as a new file to protect from updates ?
December 9, 2016 at 1:48 pm #993413This seems to give me what I need adding this into my template file…
<?php $this->loadBlock('spotlight-1') ?>

December 12, 2016 at 1:35 am #993655Hi,
You can follow the steps below
-
Clone the new layout (for example: new-layout): http://prntscr.com/di3v2r you want to make a custom work
-
Using the FTP account and find it from templates/uber/local/tpls/new-layout.php file

Add the code you need to add
