Our client is using JA Voice to make an enhancement forum. Users come in and post their enhancement ideas and then people vote on those ideas. There was an issue where two users created the same enhancement idea. Is there a way we can merge those two enhancement ideas so that the votes on each one will be added together?

If not, can we just delete the one enhancement and manually add the votes to the other enhancement? Would this conflict with the system that returns votes to users?

– Notify your users to use search feature before posting.

We supported search function

– If you want delete one enhancement and manually add votes.

You have to edit table:jav_items: change 4 fields: number_vote_up,total_vote_up,number_vote_down,total_vote_downjav_logs: change item_id from Delete item to other itemBest Regards
