Is it possilbe to change logo in the admin panel, not from the file?

At this point in time, no . . . but it is VERY simple to to within the CSS.

Do you need some assistance in how to accomplish this?

There are times when you want your clients to be able to use the backend and alter the logo to brand to your own company. A plugin that I have used does this without any trouble. I paid for it, but it works well to alter the logo, edit the footer and so on. I am not affiliated with the developer.
