As u know Joomla 3.6 is just out and template are not ready for it . Kindly do not update your Joomla as template/extensions not ready .
And wait for official update .
If u want to test it , Take backup of site , install it on localhost and update Joomla .
Always take backup of site before update Joomla

We are running the Teline V on Joomla 3.6. It is working fine so far.

For us only the JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module has a bug now. It is not working when you sort the articles by Featured Article Order. I guess the order parameter is wrong now.
