    i wonder if Joomlart developer’s crew are serious or think in big picture,i have been using the template for some months since my last subscription.

    I have faced out many problem and submitted here but non of these question got technical assistance from Joomlart.

    Just small advice to these folks,instead of having many templates(quantity),you may have few and serviced(quality) templates. Post paid services for joomlart is almost -ve which is bad for your long run(soon).

    We need JA updates to accomodate Jomsocial 2.2 and professional help when needed instead of leaving member anser a member.I will write the same review in joomla and anywhere i may find joomla concern forums.

    I find your complaint somewhat disingenuous when, IN FACT, in every other thread you’ve created where you’ve asked for help, you’ve received it in one form or another. As such, your statement “I have faced out many problem and submitted here but non of these question got technical assistance from Joomlart” is inaccurate.

    Now, I can understand how you might be frustrated because the JS2.2 upgrade to JA Social has not yet been released …. but that, in an of itself, is not justification and/or substantiation for the kind of fallacious assertion you make above.

    Dude,non of my question has been answered(give me reference if you have) although some of them have been marked as SOLVED its sovled from somebody X perspective and not me,at the end i just giveup and waits for the better day, i have tried to find plan B for other joomlart templates and found almost all templates are the same so i have two options by now.Leave or stay screwed.

    I am not doing any promo here,but there are some developers like RT,they are doing much better in terms of customer support,you should learn from them if you want long term survive in this industry.

    I subscribe here only because of JA social,and being one of the mostly used template from Joomlart,i know what you guys TRICKING,since you know if alot of us are here only because of JA Social so what you are doing now is waiting for our account to expire then release it so we will upgrade.i swear to my PC,if this happen I will makesure we all loose.

    For now,just fix the CSS menu so that we can enjoy the beauty of Jomsocial 2.2 while waiting for that Joomla 1.6,its nonsense for famous template like JA Social to use months waiting for menu fix,lol

    You may or may not have noticed that support is rapidly improving with many new support team members joining JA in the last few weeks. As far as I can tell support has improved vastly with some great new staff onboard.

    I cannot comment on the JA Social situation as I simply do not know. The developers have stated they are working on it. It is a big job but as there is already a discussion on that we really should not start that here too.

    JA Social was almost done with updates for JomSocial 2.2.1 but then JomSocial 2.2.2 came out. Its being retested again. JA Sulfur was released for JomSocial 2.2.1 update around 2 weeks back, which would again be taken up for fixing for JomSocial 2.2.2.

    Thats the status for JomSocial update.

    Regarding the issues faced by you. Please mention the ticket ID or thread url, so that the same can be reviewed and we can give you feedback.

    I sent list of ticket without a reply,i sent hundreds or post without proper answer(official),even small issue need months to solve
