    I’ve been keeping an eye on the tickets for JA Job Board at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAJB.

    I can see tickets being created regularly, but can’t see that any have been closed in over a week, and it appears that only four tickets have been closed in the past 30 days.

    Are JA JB tickets being worked on but their status not updated in the ticket system?

    Is there a better way for customers to follow the status of open tickets?

    Dear sharpdome.

    You see tickets at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAJB, we called issues. That’s system that manage products, versions of each products, issues must be fix for each products.

    Our development team working with issue to release new version, the issue status only change when it fixed by developer, you can’t follow the status of open tickets, you can only see the public issues.
