Hello Raj
Rite now JA Purity III does not support K2 .
It would be difficult to add features to a already released template, the feature additions are usually on the framework side for the newly released template.
We can try to add features if there are more people asking for it.

Hi
JA Purity III does not support K2 but you can install and use K2 on it like a normal Joomla template .
Regarding the Menu type xlayout is only designed for the Joomla content . For K2 you can use their own menu types that come with K2 extension .
