Hi,
On the site,there are your site slow becuase there are too many pending users, 14744 users. please goto joomla users manager and delete all unactivated members.

The only users I need IS ADMIN, RIAN, AND MASTER TERESA

Can you help me to delete all the unactivated members?

Hi there

Ja Platon quickstart doesn’t include any user other then admin created during installation process, i looked at your website and all the users you can see are there because your website is getting a lot of spam , then nothing to do with joomlart templates but it is due to your wrong settings, to avoid spam enable captcha protection in your registration forms.

I BASICALLY ONLY NEED THE ADMIN SET UP USERNAME.

ALL THE REST CAN GO

How can we not let people register user name ?

Your problem is not from Joomlart registration form but it comes from other pages , you have all registration forms enabled

1) Joomla core registration at THIS URL

2) Jomsocial registration form at THIS URL

You can enable ReCaptcha plugin following instructions as showed on THIS URL

Faster way to remove users from database is using phpmyadmin on your database , if you do not know how to do it i can suggest to hire a developer doing this for you, because if this is done not in the correct way it may cause serious problems to your website and to your registered users.
