Community Builder is out there. I’m not real fond of it but quite a few people like it. I’m keeping my eye on WordPress. They just recently teamed with Joomla and created a blog but currently it is for the Administrators of the site… not a community feature. According to their site it is soon to follow! They are even starting to release templates for the blog pages now so I think it’s only a matter of time.

interesting, but i dont see how people can publish articles in community builder. Atleast i can’t find a way as a user.(not admin)
