Hello,

Late last year, I have come accross a gold mine in Joomla’s extensions field. That gold mine was a component callled Joomla updater. It allowed me to update my website in seconds.

Now, having discovered that, I have come to realise that it’s all possible. I am looking for ANYTHING (component, installer, tool, etc.) to help me UPDATE ALL my extensions (modules, C, P, T, etc) on my website WITHOUT uninstalling them first.

I have looked long arround and could not find anything of satisfaction. (I found one called “Add Software” but its capacity and supported extensions are very limited).

I think I will be (and many others) very delighted to have IT.

(I am sorry if what I am looking for is in the hands of everybody and I am the only one who is in the dark.)

im afraid i’ve never heard of such extensions before. this will also be very difficult to achieve as each extension has their own formats/webpages etc and as such, the ‘updating’ extension will require custom code for each extension it supports.

I understand this may be very complex and seems impossible.
I think it’s worth trying to check out.
