Hi, I am trying to make a page like this: http://www.soma.org.br/aprenda-ingles (it is ok) or http://www.soma.org.br/faca-missoes-urbanas-hoje (it is ok too)

I used the same method (theme stlyle>k2category>menu item>modules created, configured, assigned), and I checked if configurations are all the same, compared to the other correct page (except assignments etc) and the results are that the modules are not showing.

See by yourself the isued pages: http://www.soma.org.br/aprenda-pregar http://www.soma.org.br/como-estudar-a-biblia (the features-intro-1 and 2 disapeared)

I have 3 other modules (same module type) assigned to same position (features-intro-2) and same template, same site, all showing normally. Same for features-intro-1 (3 shows normaly, 2 not showing.

Is there an issue with the template assignments? Or is there a limit number of copies of template slyles with this special positions?

Hi Lenildo,

It depends on the layout that the template of menu item of above page is used. I guess the layout in these 2 pages don’t include above feature-intro position:
http://www.soma.org.br/aprenda-pregar
http://www.soma.org.br/como-estudar-a-biblia

You can go to menu item of these 2 pages > see which template style it’s using.

Then navigate to Template manager section > browse that template style > check the tab ‘Layout’ and see whether feature-intro position is included or not. OR you can change to the same layout which this page ( http://www.soma.org.br/aprenda-ingles ) is using.

Tks for your answer, but already tried this.
There (template style of menu item), in layout tab, I saw this message:
"The layout cannot be loaded. There might be some errors in the layout file."
I also changed the sub-layout option (default to features-intro and vice versa, without success, nothing changed).

Hi Lenildo,

Kindly check the layout files on your site, there maybe something wrong when you customize and it notices that error messages.

You can only update Admin & FTP account of your site so I have a look.
