December 5, 2012 at 11:12 am #182838I’m curious if there’s even still actual support or development for JA Wall or has it somehow reached the end of its life span due to the rise of Joomla 3.0 + Bootstrap thus only minimal support is available?
The reason why I said that is because I have 3 tickets opened and 1 major bug report, all left unanswered for well over a month. Actually 4 tickets, but one I gave up on it. Out of the three tickets, one was opened since September and its only partially resolved and still having problem on mobile devices (despite the point of responsive to be designed for mobile devices).
I have seen so many responsive template being released for Joomla and new versions of them ported over to Joomla 3.0 + T3 framework. Yet this standalone purchase of your FIRST responsive template which btw is not even running on T3 is getting the slack treatment.
My three tickets:
http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/107202
http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/105212
http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/101250And 1 bug report:
http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCWALLJ25-475Please look into fixing those problems before trying to release a X-mas style for JA Wall. I have been kind enough to wait for 3 months but I don’t think releasing a new style justify my waiting.

December 5, 2012 at 1:37 pm #475263This is correct – it would be nice and in a professional way to answer these posts. We purchased your product and you promised support so the ethical thing to do is support your product. If there happens to be an answer in the forums then point us to it.
If you plan on upgrading this template then do so.

December 7, 2012 at 6:55 am #475413Hi arucardx,
I apologize for making you wait for long.
We are just done with the monthly release and let me reply to your questions :
http://support.joomlart.com/index.ph…et/View/107202
=> For this ticket, we have disabled zoom/pan by default but you have it enabled on your site.and I am sorry to say but we will not be able to support it.http://support.joomlart.com/index.ph…et/View/105212
=> I have checked this issue on our demo site and on your site. It seems that I could not find the problem with more than 10 times refresh on your website. So I think it is just a minor bug of IE8.http://support.joomlart.com/index.ph…et/View/101250
=> This is really a JA Wall issue. We need more time to investigate and fix.And 1 bug report:
http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCWALLJ25-475
=> This is a known issue. In Registration Form we have enabled responsiveness but, the Joomla editor itself does not support responsive layout. That page will be responsive if the editor is disabled.I hope you understand.
Regards

December 10, 2012 at 7:16 am #475677Hi Wall Crusher,
As for the first 2 two tickets, I understand that your reasoning so I will close both tickets later. Also I discovered another android bug which I will add into the 3rd ticket shortly for your investigation as you attempt to fix the other android problems.
But for the registration page’s reponsiveness, I have disabled the Joomla editor but it still looks like this.
