September 9, 2012 at 3:41 am #180564Have a client who is really throwing me curve balls. :-[
Because their business is in 2 distinct areas, they want their site to look different depending upon the area you’re in. I have set one area to “default” and another to the “coffee” theme. Fine.
Now they want the Main menu for the default area to show ONLY items related to that area and another Main Menu to show only items for the “coffee theme” area.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS and cannot find forum solutions.
Using Joomla 2.5+
Will PM details if you know the solution.
All Blessings—-:-*

September 10, 2012 at 2:02 am #466544Grrrrrr…
I created a new Profile using “coffee theme” and selected “top menu” and achieved what client wanted: a second menu to match the second color – “coffee.”
ONLY NOW THE COLOR COFFEE THEME WILL NOT APPEAR.
Been going back and forth hunting for what could be wrong and finally did a site restore AND COFFEE THEME STILL WILL NOT SHOW UP!
Here’s a screenshot of the pages assigned to the profile:
Can anyone help?:confused::eek::confused::eek:
