    Hello,

To choose your menu type, go to the 32nd line in the “ja_pollux/ index.php” and change $ja_menutype to what you need.

I assume index.php needs to have permissions changed to 777 to allow me to make the changes. Yet I get :- 550 Could not change perms on index.php: Bad file descriptor

Am I doing something really silly here?
    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks

You configure in joomla administration to chmod those files and folder to 777.
Goto your administration panel, choose “Site->Global Configuration”, select tab “Server” and choose chmod files and directories to 777 (remember to check “Apply to existing files/directories”).
