I purchased the component called JA K2 Filters and it is working great. But recently I tried to display a module call GK4 news pro and found out that it returns me a blank page. It seems that the code stops when it starts to load GK4 when the menu item is set to open with JA K2 Filters.

I tried loading GK4 with K2 categories layout and it is working fine but it does not work with JA K2 Filters.

May I know why is that so? And is there any fix? My website can load JA K2 Filters with other modules but not GK4 news pro.

Dear Kamen,

I’m not sure about that issue because our product is working fine with all extensions. There maybe conflict between 2 extensions, you need to enable Error_Reporting mode to development ( In the Joomla Global Configuration ) to troubleshoot this problem.
