HI
I have job board installed on my site at http://disability.ie/employment/employment/jobs
The issue I am having is with the Janrain Plugin.
I have setup the account with rpx.com and configured all the providers as listed on my site.
I have configured the plugin.
The issue is that when I use any of the providers to try and login and register it goes through the process.
but when redirected back to my site my domain shows in the address bar but he page is white.
If I refresh the page it is displayed as normal but I am not logged in. I get no error messages.
I am assuming that this is a server configuration error as I had this working on a shared host but had to move to a vps.
And this stopped it working. (I moved with akeeba backup and restore)
I can not find any reference to this type of error on searching Google.

For anyone else that might have an issue like this.
I turned on error reporting in configuration “should have known to do this”
It showed me that the issue was with Class ‘JFactory’ not found and K2 user plugin
Turning of the K2 user plugin fixed the issue.
What I don’t understand is why does this plugin enable itself every time it does an upgrade.

Hi Takestock,
I’m afraid it is a auto script of K2 component. Because, when you use k2 component, that plugin is required. However, i think you can avoid login issue if you go to K2 setting and change login url redirect param
